David Milesi is a regular guy with a passion for real estate. His career started in biotechnology at Epoch Biosciences, Inc. where he conducted genomics research. He has co-authored several published articles and holds a patent on a novel gene detection system. Looking for a change away from laboratory work he pursued a career in Finance at Washington Mutual Bank now part of JP Morgan Chase. While working in banking David began investing in real estate and truly found his passion. He started Comient to help small business and entrepreneurs connect with their ideal working environments. David holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University.

Paul Cahill is a third generation Seattle Native as well as a third generation Real Estate Broker. Paul is seasoned Managing Broker (1974) with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. Paul previously founded and owned a Specialty Medical Equipment Supply and Distribution business, which operated in 13 Western States for many companies including Hewlett Packard Medical (where he served on the manufacture’s rep and distributor council, Boston MA) and local companies such as Physio-Control. Paul serves on the King County Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and is Vice-Chair of the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) Council. Paul was also a Senior Active, Charter Member and Past President of the Park-Hill Rotary

Our resident technophile, Nathan Smith is the quintessential problem solver. Growing up in a small Western town, his first job ever was to build personal computers while working for his uncle's company. His wide range of interests and wanderings has provided him creative work occasions, from performing as a country club pianist to working in government to studying Mandarin in China. After delving into global politics and graduating from the University of Utah, Nathan relocated to Seattle and found opportunity with Comient to provide technical know-how.
